Webcams are very popular in broadcasting events on a webpage. When broadcasting it is important to have a webcam which captures the images and then feeds the images or videos into the computer, which then using the ISP service to broadcast them on the internet. There are two types of broadcasting, which are of a streaming download in video format or the other type is when images are captured at timed intervals and refreshed when the web page is refreshed. Sometimes this service is used by big companies or programs such as Big Brother and in other cases is used on a personal basis on people’s websites.

It has now been over three weeks and the ISP provider Sify still has a very slow connection and the reason for this still mains the same, which is due to marine cables being damaged. Today when connecting to the Internet international sites were not working, and this was due to the problem with the service provider, all Indian sties were opening but international sites were not being opened, which caused a lot of problem and hassle for many people.
