Many times before it has been mentioned of how bad Sify broadband has been and that generally most of the local cable operators don’t even have back up when there is an electricity cut. Well this has all changed and when there is an electricity cut now there is still internet access. This change has occurred all of a sudden, whether it’s the regular complaints to Sify that have worked or something thing, either way it has proven a slight improvement for Sify’s reputation and that maybe they do take their customers seriously.

So far Sify broadband has been working perfectly fine, with no hiccups it has proven to be a good service, so far. With all the problems in the past with no connections with days, this has not happened for a while now, and when there is a power cut we still have a connection, which means the local cable operator has decided to get some backup. Well all that can be said is that lets hope that this service from Sify continues.

Well finally Sify broadband is working and we now have a constant working broadband service, which is what broadband customers want. Nobody wants to have lots of disconnections especially for those people who work from the internet. But with many hiccups of the broadband connection going off, each morning there is a fright that there is not going to be a connection, lets just keep our fingers crossed and hope for a better Sify connection and service.

Well after all the hassle and problems with Sify broadband someone was finally sent over after three days of complaining. Well the local cable operator came and round out that there was something wrong with out wire, and it was changed within a day and no check up from Sify to whether the connection was working or still disconnected. After days of complaining any company would have the courtesy to call up and make a customer check up call for the progress, but this is something which Sify do not know and their staff will never be trained in this either.

Well yet again there is a problem with Sify broadband, and now it is a now the sixth day when the connection has been down. Sify customer service has been called from the day of disconnection and have been informed of the situation and it was today on day six that they sent someone to try to resolve the problem. Still there is no internet connection, what is wrong with Sify and why is it that it isn’t working. Neither the Sify staff know of the problem or the local cable operator, well now it is a matter of waiting to see when there will be a connection.

Well it hasn’t even been 12 hours and the Sify broadband service is yet again down and not working. Since the early afternoon time the broadband connection has been down and the same procedure followed of phoning the customer service team. They simply said that by the evening they will send someone out, but no one came. When trying to get in contact with the cable operator his phones is unreachable, well not there not much one can do when the connection is done, apart from waiting for the broadband connection to start working again.

After three days of disconnection Sify broadband is finally up and running. Although there were continuous calls made to the Sify customer service call centre it was only after three days that they got the connection up and running. For the past three many Sify users have faced a lot of problems and attitude problems from the Sify staff, which shoes the bad name from the company. The staff from Sify needs to be trained to high levels so that their customers know what the problem is and how to resolve the problem, in one case a girl from Sify was asking three times during the conversation what the problem was!

Sify problems are still on and yet again the users of Sify broadband have to face connection problems again. At first it was the windy and rainy weather then due to a long power cut recently Sify users were out of internet usage because their local cable operators did not have enough back up. Well something strongly needs to be done as, having a broadband connection shouldn’t mean that you suffer problems like no electricity and no internet at the same time. Although this problem has been reported to Sify many times nothing has been done about this. It wont be long until Sify users will eventually switch to other broadband providers.

Sify broadband is a broadband provider which all of a sudden shuts off the connection without any valid reason or notification. This is a major problem with the Sify connection and always causes problems for the users of their service. This is a something which doesn’t happen once in a while but it happens all the time, it’s either a problem with the local cable operator or Sify itself and no matter how many times you call them and complain the team of Sify simply take it easy and pass it over their heads.

After many weeks of getting a slow broadband connection, the Sify broadband speed has finally back to normal. Yes that’s right there was a time when it used to take around at least 5 minutes for a web page to open up, but now the speed of the broadband is the speed which you pay for. After weeks long of interrupted services and lost broadband connections, work is back to normal for many people. Let’s just hope it stays this way.

It has now been over three weeks and the ISP provider Sify still has a very slow connection and the reason for this still mains the same, which is due to marine cables being damaged. Today when connecting to the Internet international sites were not working, and this was due to the problem with the service provider, all Indian sties were opening but international sites were not being opened, which caused a lot of problem and hassle for many people.

Recently having mentioned the cable problems and the internet connection in India, well a dialogue box appears when being connected to the internet, stated that their will be slow browsing due to cable problems. But there is another problem, which is of disconnected connection which you get. It was only yesterday that there was no internet from Sify the whole day until this morning. Above all there was no reason from the Sify team or any apologies, all we can say is that Sify improve you customer service.

It was only a few weeks ago until I was thinking that Sify broadband is not so bad after all. But until a week ago, I released that I was wrong. For the past week I have had an unreliable connection of Sify broadband, without any reason the connection gets disconnected without any reason. This has happened many times during the past week and many times during the day too. Twice in a week the connection has gone during the night and it has not come back until the next morning………..Sify really needs to sort out its connection and needs to start making their customers happier.

Getting a broadband connection in India, means you have to put up with so many other problems too, these problems are all to do with the connection. The one and only main problem is that when there is a power cut, then all of a sudden the broadband connection is down. This is something which happens on a regular basis in India, and for those who provide the internet, need to have a backup for their users, so that the service is sufficient and the best. A common case of this is from Sify broadband, and there have been many complaints against their cable operators.

Sify broadband is the worst isp I have ever used and I have used a lot of isps before but the way sify broadband gets on my nerves is just amazing and unbelivable. I paid my renewal fees on the 14th of this month as my connection was due to expire on the 14th and it took sify 5 days to renew my account and this kept me without connection for 5 days and thats after I have made a payment.
I would strongly suggest not to go for sify if you have any other options in your area.I do have mtnl broadband available in my area but they dont have any free ports so will have to wait and use sify while then. The day mtnl becomes available I will say good bye to sify for ever.

Recently I have been facing many problems with Sify broadband and it is an ISP, which should never be trusted for its service, what many people do not release is that majority of the time the service is down. The only people who seem to realize this is those who use the Internet on a regular basis. The worst problem is that the Sify team members are no responsible enough and do not know how to speak to customer. Something should be done in order to help the people suffering from the Sify problems.

Well like mentioned in the previous post, the Sify broadband connection is down for the past 24 hours, and on top of this to make the situation worse the Sify call centre was closed, well that is what has been assumed, as no one was picking up any of the calls. Calls were being made on a regular basis for 4-5 hours and phone just kept ringing. Well we think Sify has a lot of explaining to do and need to get more trained and polite staff employed.

Well as soon as I thought that the Sify Broadband service was not so bad, the opposite happened which made me change my mind. There was yet another 24 hours when there was no broadband connection available from Sify. Can we say that this is a typical problem which comes with every Indian product? Well for Sify this sure does apply and you can not ever determine when there will be no connection.

I have Sify Broadband connection and it was disconnected for nine years. The service went off at 12 at night and was back at nine the next morning. This is something which is not acceptable. When calling the customer service teams, nothing much is done about it and the team are very lousy. Even the cable operator does not pick up his phone and there is no place to contact or any way to make sure the connection will work, the only way is to wit and watch.

When calling the customer service team of Sify Broadband, you find out that they are the most awful members of a team, hardly any of the staff members know how to talk to the customers and half of the time they do not even listen to what the customer has to say. This is something, which lacks in majority of the team members and overall is not making a good enough impact on the customers. This way they will end up loosing customers and they will start using other broadband providers.
