Today I would like to update the previous review with a few more positive notes which I recently discovered and that is the massive customer support department makeover reliance is going through. I recieved a call from a company hired by reliance to find out the level of customer satisfaction which is something that has been nonexistant in India untill recently so in my opinion this is a giant step on part of Reliance and I really congratulate them for this. Having said that, I still hate their reliance broadband team as I applied for a broadband connection almost a year ago and they still haven’t got back to me not even for saying that they cannot provide broadband in my area..

I am going to get a new reliance data card for my laptop today and to make this decision I have spent atleast 5-6 hours reading reviews on the internet to find that no one is happy with any other data card except for reliance data card although the speeds are not that great but reliance still has a reputation for reliability while travelling atleast as most of the news reporters use it to upload live pictures.

I am hoping that this data card turns out to be good enough for browsing and reading and sending small e-mails as thats what I need the data card for.
