Airtel broadband is supposed to be very good with a good customer support infrastructure but to be honest I have had some very bad experiences with Airtel mobile and I am not able to gather courage to go through anything like that again in my life so I got rid of Airtel mobile connection and I have vowed never to take up any Airtel services again in future.

Airtel mobile

I use airtel mobile here in Delhi and the cost of a local and national call including cross network is Re1 per min which I think is very reasonable but the problem is airtel’s billing is really fishy coz my bills run more then 5000 every month for some reason and I tried to investigate today by looking into the bills they send me every month which I have never bothered to open previously..  Airtel guys over charged me by a lot due to the fact that I had my gprs activated only when I go out of delhi and its normally only for a day or two and when I come back I get it disconnected and as far as I know it is charged on a daily basis but airtel has been charging me Rs499 or 599 whatever it is throughout the last 6 months ..  I had a fight today with the local airtel office staff today for they were behaving like assholes with me :( at last I got a refund of Rs 6500 for gprs charges and from now I will be paying only Rs99 per month for unlimited gprs usage :)  After all I pay a lot in call charges to airtel being a very heavy user of mobile phone.
