Broadband - Voip

Airtel broadband and many other broadband services use adsl technology and some of them use adsl 2 for providing broadband services in India. Airtel broadband is considered to be the most reliable and fast broadband service in India. The other broadband services providers are reliance broadband, bsnl broadband, mtnl broadband, iqra and many more but airtel brodband still holds the no1 spot for customer satisfaction and reliablity wise airtel india steals the show.

Wimax is comming to India slowly and reliance wimax has already launched their services in two cities Bangalore and Pune but from what I have heard and read the results havent been very encouraging, probbably due to it being too new or may be some people just dont know how to use it.

  Airtel broadband is supposed to be very good with a good customer support infrastructure but to be honest I have had some very bad experiences with Airtel mobile and I am not able to gather courage to go through anything like that again in my life so I got rid of Airtel mobile connection and I have vowed never to take up any Airtel services again in future.

Wither the many broadband providers going down hill, one of the companies that this applies to is Airtel Broadband, and this is something that their user agree to, and say their services have been going downhill in the last couple of months. Most people have had their connections stopped and some had had problems and have had to reboot their systems, which is the only way to have their connections started. This is altogether having a bad affect on the number of people applying for broadband connection, and Airtel will not be on their list.

I am stuck with this stupid sify broadband for the last one year and still waiting for reliance and airtel to come to my area, I have made a number of calls and every time I get the same answer saying they will come to my area very soon but its been one year since Ive been hearing this very soon every time. If I call them again now they will say the same thing again and say they will be here very soon but all of them decline to give a dead line. Sify broadband is doing my head in and every time there is a fault it takes them days to repair it. This month my renewal of the connection took seven days for some reason of thier own. I just cant wait any more to get rid of this plague called sify.
