Slow Broadband Connection

For the past couple of days the broadband connection from Sify has been very slow and disrupting. And generally there have been times when there has been no connection during the day and it’s not until the late evening until you get the connection. After contacting Sify customer care it was informed that there is some backhand work going on which is giving this bad service, but it seems like the problem has been solved but not up to standard, as there is a connection but which is very slow.
