Tata Indicom
I have a forum at www.indiabroadband.net and for our members there I have started applying for all the internet connections in my area to review thier services and yesterday it was tata indicom’s turn and I called them up to ask about the packages they have and the lady I spoke to had no idea about what is upload speed and had to transfer my call to the technical department and the technical department lady I spoke to didint know that upload speed can be different to download speed.Took me about 10 mins to explain that I was asking what would be the upload speed on thier different speed plans and once she got an idea about what I meant she didint have an answer and had to refer to a supervisor who asked me to send them an e-mail to ask about technical details ha ha ha.
VSNL is still vsnl doesnt matter if Tata’s have given them thier name.
